Introducing our family-owned and operated building and design company, where collaboration meets creativity - meet the team, Jake, Tori, and Phil. In 2016, they transformed their shared passion for construction and design into a thriving full-time business. As siblings, Jake and Tori's journey began with the restoration of a 300-year-old farmhouse in Henderson, NC, shaping their formative years.

At the forefront of construction is Jake, a licensed General Contractor with a finance degree from UNCW. Tori, with a Bachelor's in Art & Design from NC State College of Design, lends her artistic flair and strategic vision to interior design and project planning, ensuring each project is a blend of precision and style.

Enter Phil, adding his unique touch with an Economics degree from East Carolina University. Phil specializes in real estate sales, customer experience, and new business development, bringing a wealth of skills and experiences to the mix.
